Exclusive house built in 1902, completely renovated with important details of a stately character.

It has 2 large terraces, one of them with sea views, a room where you can relax and a lounge with a fireplace and satellite TV. It has a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment and outdoor barbecue.

We find 4 rooms with large double beds and their respective full bathrooms, one of them en suite. All rooms have high-speed Wi-Fi and AC.

We have two free bicycles for our clients.
There is a wide variety of quality restaurants a few meters away, in front there is a children’s park.

You can make pleasant excursions through the mountains for all levels, as well as canoeing, snorkeling, boat rentals and maritime excursions to visit exclusive beaches (Sa Calobra and Torrent de Pareis).

On the lower floor, there are two terraces. The first, with views of the sea, is located next to the main entrance, it is equipped with a sofa and outdoor armchairs along with a table, perfect for enjoying a good breakfast. The second terrace is located at the back of the house, connected to the kitchen. It has a barbecue, ideal for cooking on the grill, a table for 8 people as well as sun loungers for sunbathing.

The modern kitchen has been completely renovated, preserving its ceiling with modernist features. It has a comfortable central island with a front table with capacity for 8 people.

On the ground floor, we also find two lounges: the first, located at the main entrance, has sofas, chairs and tables, ideal for relaxing and dedicating yourself to reading or family time. The second living room has sofas, armchairs, fireplace, cable TV and a small toilet.

On the second floor, we find 3 bedrooms with their respective bathrooms. One of these en-suite rooms with a balcony and sea views. Also, in the back, there is a balcony.

The third floor has a large bedroom with a private bathroom.
